Eelco Dolstra aeb89fc753 * Set /proc/sys/kernel/poweroff_cmd to Upstart's poweroff command 
(rather than /sbin/poweroff).  Xen's "xm shutdown" needs this to
  enable the host to cleanly shutdown the guest.
