Marc Weber 9e82d3dd08 version bump to coreutils-7.1 
7.1 adds the new flag iflag=fullblock!

This line without fullblock copies a different amount of data each
time !
cat /dev/zero | dd iflag=fullblock bs=1M count=1000 of=/dev/null;
