John Ericson 1ac5398589 *-wrapper; Switch from infixSalt to suffixSalt 
I hate the thing too even though I made it, and rather just get rid of
it. But we can't do that yet. In the meantime, this brings us more
inline with autoconf and will make it slightly easier for me to write a
pkg-config wrapper, which we need.

John Ericson 2110c0bd30 treewide: Use pkgs/build-support/roles.bash to remove copy pasta 
Also fix some setup hooks that unnecessarily used environment hooks,
which revolted in the same variable being modified too many times.

Matthew Bauer 31ef995e37 bsd: init netbsd & openbsd userland 
Adds a couple of useful NetBSD and OpenBSD derivations. Some of these
will be integrated into Nixpkgs later.

Noncomprehensive list:

- netbsd.getent
- netbsd.getconf
- netbsd.fts
- openbsd.mg
- netbsd.compat (can replace libbsd)
