stuebinm 6afb255d97 nixos: remove all uses of lib.mdDoc 
these changes were generated with nixq 0.0.2, by running

  nixq ">> lib.mdDoc[remove] Argument[keep]" --batchmode nixos/**.nix
  nixq ">> mdDoc[remove] Argument[keep]" --batchmode nixos/**.nix
  nixq ">> Inherit >> mdDoc[remove]" --batchmode nixos/**.nix

two mentions of the mdDoc function remain in nixos/, both of which
are inside of comments.

Since lib.mdDoc is already defined as just id, this commit is a no-op as
far as Nix (and the built manual) is concerned.

Set $NIX_DEBUG_INFO_DIRS when environment.enableDebugInfo is enabled 
This allows it to co-exist with other debug info directories, such as
the one used by dwarffs
(https://github.com/edolstra/dwarffs/blob/master/module.nix).

This is to get more consistent with `meta.outputsToInstall`.

Vladimír Čunát ab8a691d05 nixos systemPackages: rework default outputs 
- Now `pkg.outputUnspecified = true` but this attribute is missing in
  every output, so we can recognize whether the user chose or not.
  If (s)he didn't choose, we put `pkg.bin or pkg.out or pkg` into
  `systemPackages`.
- `outputsToLink` is replaced by `extraOutputsToLink`.
  We add extra outputs *regardless* of whether the user chose anything.
  It's mainly meant for outputs with docs and debug symbols.
- Note that as a result, some libraries will disappear from system path.

Eelco Dolstra d9d5c98c56 Add option environment.enableDebugInfo 
This makes the debug outputs of packages that have them available to
programs like gdb.
