- Use --netlink to avoid systemd-udev-settle[1]
- Run daemon in foreground which is preferred with systemd
- Add unit documentation
- Write ExecStart directly, no need for a script

Say this 10 times so I don't forget:
- just because something has been tested and confirmed working, doesn't
mean that a trivial change can go in without testing simply because
it looks OK. test, test, test.

I'm sorry guys.
Thinkfan underwent some major changes and the config file
is now based on YAML. This commit contains a number of changes:
- rewrite the module to output the new format;
- add a `settings` option, following RFC 0042[1];
- add fancy type-checking for the most critical options
- use upstream systemd units (which fix the resume issue)

There was some issues with the fallback to passive mode on 2.3, but on
2.4 adaptive mode is always enabled upstream and thermald will fallback
to passive if necessary.

Whenever I try to scan from another computer it has to establish >2
connections in order to succeed. With the connections being limited to 1
I can not scan any document.
This is also what other distributions ([Debian], [ArchLinux], …) have
done in one way or another.

[ArchLinux]: no limit: 99cba454bb/trunk/saned.socket (L4)
These were broken since 2016:
f0367da7d1
since StartLimitIntervalSec got moved into [Unit] from [Service].
StartLimitBurst has also been moved accordingly, so let's fix that one
too.
NixOS systems have been producing logs such as:
/nix/store/wf98r55aszi1bkmln1lvdbp7znsfr70i-unit-caddy.service/caddy.service:31:
Unknown key name 'StartLimitIntervalSec' in section 'Service', ignoring.
I have also removed some unnecessary duplication in units disabling
rate limiting since setting either interval or burst to zero disables it
(ad16158c10/src/basic/ratelimit.c (L16))
We no longer escape the flags because the power limit flags want two arguments
If we escaped them, we'd only get one argument with an escaped space in it.
Undervolt's flags don't have anything in them that would need to be escaped, so
that shouldn't break anything
We need to keep the passthru.filesInstalledToEtc and passthru.defaultBlacklistedPlugins in sync with the package contents so let's add a test to enforce that.
udev gained native support to handle FIDO security tokens, so we don't
need a module which only added the now obsolete udev rules.
