Bjørn Forsman 083d0890f5 More description fixes 
* Remove package name
* Start with upper case letter
* Remove trailing period

Also reword some descriptions and move some long descriptions to
longDescription.

I'm not touching generated packages.

Eelco Dolstra c556a6ea46 * "ensureDir" -> "mkdir -p". "ensureDir" is a rather pointless 
function, so obsolete it.
