Ivan Shapovalov ac18c55b56 make-system-tarball: use pixz -t 
Pass `-t` to pixz to prevent it from appending an index to the end of
the uncompressed stream, confusing tools such as `machinectl import-tar`.

the platform of the closure contained within.

Jaka Hudoklin d77150df30 nixos: make-system-tarball, add option for extra arguments for tar 
Sometimes extra arguments when making tarball are required,
for example if making a container owner of files has to be changed
to root.
