Nikolay Amiantov f7c2288cfc zandronum: sound improvements
* Update fmod version to one with PulseAudio support;
* Dynamically link FluidSynth instead of using LD_LIBRARY_PATH;
* Use system libgme.

Fixes sound on some machines.
