One of the valid values for the fan speed is "level disengaged",
however, it is represented as "level disengage" and does not match
what thinkfan expects.

LEVEL is the fan level to use: it can be an integer (0-7 with thinkpad_acpi),

LOW is the temperature at which to step down to the previous level.
