Franz Pletz e630ee2fdd wget: Update to 1.16 (fix CVE-2014-4877) ... This patch updates wget to the current version, 1.16. This release fixes a remotely exploitable security issue: CVE-2014-4877. A dependency on libidn was added and the testsuite now depends on python3. A patch that disables a test was removed because it is not needed anymore.
