As the only consequence of isSystemUser is that if the uid is null then it's allocated below 500, if a user has uid = something below 500 then we don't require isSystemUser to be set. See: https://github.com/workflowproducts/postage#postage-has-been-replaced-with-pgmanage The following error is raised when a user enables the deprecated `services.postage.enable` option: Failed assertions: - services.postage is deprecated in favor of pgmanage.
