`ncuses-6.3` added printf-style function attributes and now makes
it easier to catch cases when user input is used in palce of format
string when built with CFLAGS=-Werror=format-security:

Let's pull a patch pending upstream inclusion.
* pkgs: refactor needless quoting of homepage meta attribute
A lot of packages are needlessly quoting the homepage meta attribute
(about 1400, 22%), this commit refactors all of those instances.

This adds a small ASCII art drawing tool, which supports drawing with multiple
layers. Might be especially helpful for larger "images", which become quite
tedious to do using vim.
