Alexey Shmalko a9bc2d530b
gcc: disable libsanitizer for uclibc 
libsanitizer requires header files which are not present in uclibc.

Also, libsanitizer is disabled with uclibc for buildroot[1] and
openwrt[2].

Eelco Dolstra 60f07e8e10 Revert "gcc: Use the pre-C++11 ABI by default" 
This reverts commit 83011723af. This
never worked because gcc's setup hook is never actually sourced. I
could fix this but since nobody complained, we probably don't need it.

Franz Pletz aff1f4ab94 Use general hardening flag toggle lists 
The following parameters are now available:

  * hardeningDisable
    To disable specific hardening flags
  * hardeningEnable
    To enable specific hardening flags

Only the cc-wrapper supports this right now, but these may be reused by
other wrappers, builders or setup hooks.

cc-wrapper supports the following flags:

  * fortify
  * stackprotector
  * pie (disabled by default)
  * pic
  * strictoverflow
  * format
  * relro
  * bindnow
