* pkgs: refactor needless quoting of homepage meta attribute
A lot of packages are needlessly quoting the homepage meta attribute
(about 1400, 22%), this commit refactors all of those instances.

Gentium Plus 5.000 was released in 2014. The archive now contains
a documentation folder with information about OpenType features
supported by the font.
With this change they now use `stdenv.mkDerivation` instead. Also some
minor cleanups such as URL fixes, adding version numbers, adding
descriptions, etc.
