Eelco Dolstra	12ae5363ea	* Remove trivial builders. * Make builders unexecutable by removing the hash-bang line and execute permission. * Convert calls to `derivation' to `mkDerivation'. * Remove `system' and `stdenv' attributes from calls to `mkDerivation'.
