libmemcached: fix linking with libpthread

Add patch to fix linking against libpthread (from Fedora).

This fixes (upcoming) libmemcached use in collectd, which currently
doesn't work because of link failure caused by missing "pthread_once"
symbol.

* Remove package name
* Start with upper case letter
* Remove trailing period
Also reword some descriptions and move some long descriptions to
longDescription.
I'm not touching generated packages.
