chromium: Add missing dependency on coreutils (#94578)
The script that runs chromium calls tr from coreutils - however
it just assumed that coreutils are in PATH.
With missing coreutils chromium did still launch (at least with
d433839007
applied) but emitted
`line 15: tr: command not found` error messages.
